Emma Hulbert has been shortlisted for ‘HR, Talent and Recruiter of the year’ in this years Manchester Young Talent Awards. Managing Director Lily Shippen said the shortlist demonstrated Emma’s hard work and dedication to the company and her role. “Almost everyone who has worked with Lily Shippen since Emma joined last April as a Candidate Manager – be they clients or candidates – has remarked on how different Emma is as a recruiter and how much she truly cares.” “Emma’s commitment to her role and Lily Shippen as a brand has won many new contracts and in a small place like Manchester, has resulted in a large number of referrals through word of mouth.” Ms Hulbert joined Lily Shippen in April 2018 as a Candidate Manager and was promoted within less than six months to a Consultant. The last 12 months have also seen Lily Shippen receive three awards including ‘Best Newcomer’ at the Talk of Manchester Awards and ‘Customer Service Excellence’ at The Greater Manchester Business Awards. Winners of the Manchester Young Talent Awards will be named during a ceremony at The Midland Hotel on Thursday 14th November.
